Leadership
Dr. Metwally Elnoubi
Dr. Metwally Elnoubi is a Professor and Senior Lecturer in Sustainability, Environmental Management and Climate Change at Euclid University. Euclid University is an intergovernmental organization affiliated with the United Nations Treaty Group and a member of the Association of African Universities for the Central African Republic. Dr. Elnoubi holds a Ph.D. degree from Euclid University in Climate Change and Sustainability, a master’s degree in environmental sciences from the faculty of Environmental Studies and Research at Ain Shams University, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He is a GRI certified sustainability professional with over 20 years of experience in environmental management, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) sustainability management and related reporting in oil and gas companies including but not limited to Saudi Aramco, Schlumberger, Sinopec, and Arabian Drilling. He is a lead auditor for the Environmental Management System (EMS ISO 14001) by IRCA and PECB, a regular member in the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP), and a member of the Arab Federation for Sustainable Development and Environment. He is also a Certified Trainer and SQA Level 8 Approved Assessor.

Dr. Samir Tantawi
Dr. Samir Tantawi is a Senior Consultant, with over 27 years of professional experience in climate change planning and sustainable development, he has Ph.D., Master, and Diploma degrees in climate change and a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics. From 2002 to 2013 he worked for the Ministry of Environment. From 2013, he is managing UNDP projects. He has over 15 years of experience in climate change negotiations. Since 2009, he is a Lead Reviewer with UNFCCC, for climate change reports from developed and developing countries. Since 2017, he is a Lead Author with IPCC. Since 2023, he is elected as Africa Board Member of the IPCC Task Force on GHG Inventory (TFI) Board, as well as member of the UNFCCC Supervisory Body (SB) of the Article 6.4 mechanism Rosters of Experts as “Methodologies” and “Climate Policy” Expert. He has extensive experience in climate change assessment and planning, developing strategies, and national reports, drafting and reviewing climate change-related plans, and assessment of stakeholders’ engagement from the Public and Private Sectors as well as NGOs. He has over 12 years of experience in the assessment needs of capacity building, technology, and financial. Dr. Amr A. Elsharkawy, DBA, MBA, PMP, PRM, IPMA has over 28 years of experience in the field of Business Operation and Project Delivery. Dr. Noha Mostafa
Dr. Noha Mostafa is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering and Management in The British University in Egypt. She got B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Zagazig University. She was a visiting PhD student in Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan and she finished her PhD degree in Industrial Engineering and Management in 2017 from Egypt-Japan University, specialising in supply chain management. She also has a Diploma in Innovation and Change Management from Germany, 2023.
Dr. Noha has broad expertise including supply chain, operations management, lean manufacturing, sustainability, plant layout, design thinking, Industry 4.0, and energy management. She has published over 50 papers in international journals and conferences and has been working in training and consultation for 15 years. She has participated in events in more than 20 countries and was an invited speaker in several international events through which she has built a strong global network in academia and industry. She was awarded ‘Outstanding faculty advisor award’ in 2018 and in 2020 from Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society, USA. And is currently serving as Senator at the University Senate, Student Union Advisor, Global Ambassador of Sustainability, KSA, Mentor in Egypt Scholars, Inc, and Head of IEOM advisory board in Egypt. She is a professional member of The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) and IEOM Society.
Dr. Noha is active in community activities, giving special interest in women empowerment, health awareness, climate causes, and education reform. She is a Rotarian since 2023 and has participated in COP27 and COP28 official simulations. She has diverse interests including traveling, reading, movies, music, history, art, and hiking. She believes that it is necessary to have artistic, cultural, and political interests that complement the character of a human being, even if his work is scientific like her career of engineering.
